We haven’t heard anything yet from the Fish and Wildlife Service about a settlement. Their response is due February 11th. Attorneys are guessing the final decision may be made by this coming fall. Attached are the Motion for Summary Judgement and the Declaration by FMSNA Chair Tom Casey.
