Oak Savannah jeopardized.

We asked Minnesota legislators to protect our Great Outdoors for future generations by opposing SF 3656 and HF 4099.  Article 4, Section 95 specifically jeopardizes native species by delaying needed conversion of sections of Sand Dunes State Forest surrounding Uncas Dunes SNA back to pre-settlement condition of oak-Savannah, oak woodland or prairie.

There are many other provisions in this proposed law that are objectionable to the conservation minded community in Minnesota.
